Get help
Something not working? The fastest route is the app's own Report a problem: it fills in what we need to know.
Report a problem
In CozyGPU, choose Help → Report a Problem… or Settings → About → Report a problem. It opens an email to [email protected] with your app version, system and license already filled in, and copies the app's log to your clipboard so you can paste it in. An error with a Contact support button does the same and adds the error.
The log lists recent jobs, including the start of each prompt. Delete anything you would rather not send. It never contains your keys.
[email protected]
If the app will not start, write to us directly. It helps to include:
- your app version (Settings → About) and your Mac or Windows version;
- what you did and what happened, with the exact error text if there was one;
- the log: Settings → About → Copy logs, or Help → Open Logs Folder and attach
service.log.

Credit, spend limits and raising the worker quota are handled by RunPod: contact RunPod support.
Unless you turn it off in Settings → About, the app sends anonymous diagnostics (failure counts and crash reports, never your prompts or media), so we often see a broken release before anyone writes in. What is sent is on the privacy page.
